Yeah! I’m definitely don’t recommend Splenda! Yuck!
The inforgraphic really puts it into perspective how much sugar we eat compared to previous generations! I wish I could kick my soda habit! I hate the taste of diet but I think I am over the withdrawl symptoms of switching to caffine free!
I used to have a serious Dr. Pepper addiction. I am not sure how I broke it, but now I have about 1 a month if that. I believe for me, it boiled down to being a habit and developing a new habit of drinking lots more water and staying hydrated so I wouldn’t reach for a fizzy drink!
